An online platform that matches families with local babysitters and nannies: you create a free profile, filter more than 26,900 Madrid sitters, then message the ones who look like a good fit. It works in English as well as Spanish, and you interview and book the sitter directly. It is a matching service, not a vetted agency, so you check references and meet sitters yourself.
