How scary is the haunted cruise ship?

Micropolix pitches it as mild scares and lots of laughs. If your kid spooks easily, skip it: the face painting and the decorated city are enough on their own.

Do adults need a ticket?

Yes, every adult pays, and kids must come in with an adult. Adults can step out and back in as often as they like; kids leave only at the end, with the adult they came with.

Can we book the activities?

No. They run first come, first served, and each one shows its next session, length and age group at the door. Kids 4 to 6 can't do the adventure activities.

Should we buy tickets ahead?

Yes. Micropolix recommends buying online to secure a spot, and it is about 50 cents cheaper per ticket than the box office.

Micropolix is a kid-sized city in San Sebastián de los Reyes where children try out grown-up jobs. For Halloween the streets are decorated, there is Halloween face painting, and the cruise ship turns into a haunted passage with mild scares, on top of the usual job activities. It suits kids who want a bit of spooky without a proper fright.
