Do we need to book the talks?

No. They are included with entry, and you get a flyer with the talk times at the gate. Once you have done all five, ask for the Superthing at the shop by the entrance.

Kids under 100cm get in free with an adult. Buy online for the lower price: at the gate it is €33.95 over 140cm and €27.95 for kids 100 to 140cm.

Can we bring a packed lunch?

Yes, but you can only eat in the park's set eating areas. The restaurant terraces are kept for people who bought their food there.

Is there a deal if we also want to visit the Madrid zoo?

Yes. The Zoo Madrid plus Faunia pack is €39.90 per person, one full day at each park.

What you need to know

All five talks earn the toy, and the zones run at the same time (noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm), so it takes until about 5pm

About

Faunia's Halloween puts the park's venomous and nocturnal animals up front: snakes, tarantulas, Komodo dragons, lemurs and bats. Educators give short themed talks in five zones about the threats facing the planet and how families can help. This year it doubles as a Superthings trick-or-treat: kids who catch the talks claim a Superthing toy at the entrance shop, and can meet the character Enigma for a free photo.

Under 100cm free, others from €16.90 online
