What you need to know
- Volunteers come from the audience, so kids in the front rows may end up on stage
- Chairs are first come, first served, even with a free reservation
- A different magician each day, Joana Andreu on Saturday and Mag Igor on Sunday, so going twice is no repeat
About
Vila Màgica is Gràcia's own magic festival, now in its third year and run by neighborhood associations. For families, the heart of it is the open-air stage in Plaça Joanic: a comedy magician, rows of folding chairs and a crowd of kids. The acts are built on humor and audience participation, so expect volunteers to be called up. Indoor shows around the neighborhood fill out the rest of the program.
