How long can we stay?

As long as you like. You pick an arrival time when you buy the ticket, then stay until closing.

Can we change our date?

Only if you add the date-change pass when you buy (€2 per ticket last season). It covers one change, requested at least 7 days ahead and subject to space. Tickets aren't refundable.

Does it close in bad weather?

Only if the authorities order it. A few areas are covered, but most of the park is outdoors, so bring coats and umbrellas.

About

A Christmas theme park set up in the Real Jardín Botánico Alfonso XIII, the Complutense university's garden. It has three shows: Hontana, El Gran Libro Mágico; the Three Kings' Royal Camp; and Santa's Village. Between them, kids find an ice rink, street parades, a fairy path and a Christmas market. Most of it is outdoors on sand and gravel, so dress warm and bring a sturdy stroller.
