The town hall runs its own programs for local kids. The education department covers non-school days with Días sin cole, mornings of activities at a town school, and runs Patios Abiertos, supervised after-school play in a school playground for preschool and primary kids.
The environment department's Aula Medioambiental, at the edge of the Monte de Boadilla woods, runs nature mornings with games, trails and workshops over school holidays.
