What you need to know
Runs all summer, from late June to early September, so it covers August when most day camps close.
About
A musical theater day camp run by a neighborhood music school. Each group writes, rehearses and stages a short musical, making the script, sets, costumes and choreography themselves, and performs it for families at the end of each fortnight. Around that come percussion, piano and guitar, cooking and recycled-instrument workshops, team games and a daily trip to the pool. No experience needed. Led in Spanish.
